We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase; however, if the items are not quite right, you may return them within 60 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at a designated carrier drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
